Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All sessions and projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount is as follows: Photography / Videography: 25% of total package price Graphic Design / Web Design: 50% of total quoted price Deposits will be applied toward your final balance. Remaining balances are due: Photography / Videography: On or before the day of the shoot Design Services: Prior to delivery of final files or website launch No work will begin until the required deposit is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the deposit. Failure to show up or communicate by the appointment time will lead to an automatic cancellation and loss of deposit. Any additional rescheduling requests will require a new deposit to confirm. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date or time is unavailable, you can request to join our waitlist. Waitlist slots do not guarantee availability and are managed on a first-come, first-served basis. If a slot opens, clients are contacted in the order requests were received. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any newly available date. Studio Rental Option – PrimeShot Studio Need a professional studio for your photo or video shoot? We partner with PrimeShot Studio, located nearby, to provide access to premium creative spaces. 📍 PrimeShot Studio 14721 W Dixie Hwy, North Miami, FL 33181 📞 (305) 901-3021 🌐 www.primeshots.studio Studio Options & Rates: Studio A: $60/hr Studio B: $45/hr Studio C: $50/hr Booking Options: Book directly with PrimeShot Studio and we’ll meet you there for your shoot. Have us book for you — the studio rental fee will be added to your total based on the number of hours required. Please note: Studio rental fees are separate from photography or videography session rates. Availability depends on PrimeShot Studio’s schedule. Additional Terms Final edited work will not be released until the full balance is paid. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or location releases for non-studio shoots. Tony Brainz Creatives LLC reserves the right to use select media from completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
