Cancellation Policy
Tony Brainz Creatives LLC – Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Policy All sessions and projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The deposit amount is: Photography/Videography: 25% of total package price Graphic Design/Web Design: 50% of the total quoted price The deposit will be applied toward the final balance. Remaining balance is due: For photography/videography: no later than the day of the shoot For design services, before the delivery of final files or website launch Cancellation & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Clients may reschedule one time at no additional charge if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In the event of a no-show or failure to communicate, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date is unavailable, you may request to be added to our waitlist. Waitlist spots do not guarantee availability and are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. If a spot opens up, we will contact waitlisted clients in order of request. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the new date once offered. Need a professional studio for your photo or video shoot? We partner with PrimeShot Studio (14721 W Dixie Hwy, North Miami, FL 33181 / PH: (305) 901-3021 / Website: www.primeshots.studio ) to give clients access to premium studio spaces. Studio Options & Rates: Studio A: $60 per hour Studio B: $45 per hour Studio C: $50 per hour You have two options: Book directly with PrimeShot Studio to reserve your space, and We’ll meet you there for your session. Have us handle the booking — We’ll reserve the studio on your behalf, and the studio rental fee will be added to your total booking amount for the number of hours required.
